Successful authentication -BOYA energy management system
From April 22 to 26, the expert group of Beijing Ever Win Quality Certification Center conducted the second-stage certification audit on the operation and implementation of our energy management system. On the basis of the previous stage of audit, and after nearly 5 days of intense and orderly data review and on-site sampling inspection, the audit team of experts unanimously determined that Boya’s energy management level is up to the energy management system certification standards.
On the morning of the 22nd, the audit team held the first meeting of the second stage of the energy management system certification assessment in the meeting room 313 of the company’s headquarters. The meeting was chaired by Deng Tingquan, who is Director of the production and operation Center, Company President Li personally attended and delivered a speech, and the company’s home executives and heads of departments attended. At the meeting, Chen Meixin from the audit team, announced the purpose of the audit, the scope, the basis of the audit, the audit method, the time schedule and other related requirements. Mr. Li welcomed the arrival of the audit team and gave instructions on how to cooperate with the audit of the system. He emphasized that all relevant departments should fully cooperate with the audit team to carry out their work seriously, and actively learn from the experts of the audit team to further improve their management level and business capacity.
After the meeting, the audit team started the audit according to the established plan. They audited the company’s energy management system planning process, measures to address risks and opportunities, planning for target energy indicators and their achievement, energy review, energy benchmarking, energy performance parameters, planning for energy data collection, operational control, monitoring and measurement, etc., then they conducted an in-depth inspection and audit of the company’s environment, the needs and expectations of the relevant parties, the scope and establishment of the system, the role and commitment of the leadership, the development of the policy, the establishment of the energy management team, the responsibilities and authority of the organization, management review, capital investment, compliance with the law, etc., as well as the management of the production energy operation at the production site, which also includes documented information management, human resource management, information exchange, and control of the energy operation in the office area, etc.
During the audit process, all departments attached great importance to and closely cooperated with each other, and prepared all the audit information, and actively provided the audit team with the required documents and information, etc., which ensured the smooth progress of the audit work.
The final meeting was held on the afternoon of April 26th. The audit team informed the conclusion of the review and affirmed the operation and implementation of the company’s energy management system. They agreed that the company’s hardware facilities are complete, the environment is clean and bright, the slogan and logo are set reasonably, and the energy management system is sound. Meanwhile, according to the on-site audit, the audit team pointed out some problems and suggestions for improvement, put forward three minor non-conformities, and asked the company to complete the rectification in time. Mr. Deng, entrusted by Mr. Li, expressed his heartfelt thanks to the audit team for their advice and suggestions in his concluding remarks, and put forward a few requirements for the rectification work. Firstly, to seriously control the feedback issues, and to do a good job of rectification as required. Secondly, we should seriously reflect and learn from the past, and make corrective and preventive measures in a timely manner. Thirdly, it is necessary to strengthen the organization and leadership of energy management and improve the level of management and utilization efficiency.
The successful passing of this system audit has provided the company with a systematic approach to energy management, as well as a guarantee for the effective implementation of relevant national laws and regulations and the control of the company’s business risks. In the next step, the company will take this audit as an opportunity to further refine the relevant management system on the basis of the existing management system and in accordance with the standard requirements of listed companies to ensure the implementation of various management measures.
