Firmly Regard Quality as Top First Pursue High-quality Process


Equipment plant hold a quality analysis meeting one site


With the company's boutique strategy proposed, how to effectively activate the quality consciousness of the whole staff, become the top priority of each plant. Only by a fundamental change in thinking we can lead all the staff to a higher level of regard quality as enterprise life.


On the afternoon of August 19, 2014, Deng Tingquan, the factory head of the precision industrial equipment plant, convened the relevant personnel from the production management, technology, quality control and other departments to hold a series of special on-site quality analysis meetings about relative problems occurring in the production process.


They went to welding workshop, In view of the welding quality problems of a product box, all on-site participants, including the welders, engineers, QC went in front of the parts to check the weld seam parts where the cracks appear, and analyze the causes of the problems.


Then they went to assemble workshop, In front of them is one part for a new product.  The product is difficult to process, although the team had reviewed the difficult point and production process before manufacture, but there are still problems.  The main reasons are insufficient consideration of the possible difficulties in the processing process. Engineers checked the parts and give the improve ideas, all people analyzing and discuss the solution, also the advises for future to avoid same problem happening.


Combined with the problems on site, Mr. Deng proposed the requirements for future quality management work:

  • From production management, technician and quality control personnel, we should learn more at the assembly site, have a more comprehensive understanding of the key points of each product, and understand the quality control requirements of each matching point.


  • Quality consciousness should be implanted in the heart of each employee of BOYA more profoundly, more thoroughly, not just to say, but to practice.  All BOYA people should pay highly attention to the quality of each link, to create a high-quality process.


BOYA company as the best plant in China for manufacture high precision equipment such as tension leveler, edge trimmer, coil coaters, work roll, our target is supply the best quality to customers, this time held this special analysis meeting on site is remind us the importance of quality is related to the survival and development of an enterprise, the site analysis not only educate the participants but also let the other workers in the first line realize quality is the fundamental of BOYA company, quality is not only the operator's thing but everyone of BOYA!


From now on, similar quality management meetings will be held regularly with only one aim, Improve the quality awareness of all staff, improve the quality of BOYA products, make sure real high-quality products are delivered to customers.

The Company Holds an Annual Management Review Meeting


In order to evaluate the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the company's quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system, so as to continuously improve systems, the company held the 2018 annual management review meeting in head office on 5th May.  The meeting was presided by General Manager Mr Li Wenxi. Management representatives, leaders of the company, leaders of the branch companies, heads of various departments and relevant persons attended the meeting.


In order to evaluate the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the company's quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system, so as to continuously improve systems, the company held the 2018 annual management review meeting in head office on 5th May.  The meeting was presided by General Manager Mr Li Wenxi. Management representatives, leaders of the company, leaders of the branch companies, heads of various departments and relevant persons attended the meeting.


First of all, Mr Wu AGM reported "BOYA 2018 three standard management systems operation condition", review and summary the management system operation status since last year,  proposed three systems target and measures and suggestions for company systems operation management in 2018.


Each department reported the operation of the department management system and the work plan and improvement plan in 2018.


Following topic been reported in the meeting respectively:

"internal audit"  "organization environment situation and related requirement" "identification control of risks and opportunities" "performance monitoring, control and compliance assessment situation" "process control" "product quality" "corrective and preventive measures to control the situation" "customer satisfaction, customer communication, the processing of customer feedback situation" "the allocation of resources fully temperament  "Situation" "knowledge management situation" "human resources demand and training situation" "work environment and occupational safety and health implementation situation"  etc.


The participants made a serious review and discussion on the relevant issues.  Finally, General Manager Li Wenxi made a summary speech for this review meeting.


By carrying out quality, environment and occupational health and safety management, BOYA company has improved employees' awareness of quality, environment and occupational health and safety, and effectively promoted various management work.

BOYA Company Has Successfully Passed the Supervision and Audit of the Comprehensive Management System


25th Dec, Beijing Ever Win quality certification center audit team came to BOYA company to audit our: quality management system (GB/T19001-2016), environmental management system (GB/T24001-2016) and occupational health and safety management system (GB/T28001-2011).  To audit the conformity, adequacy and effectiveness of the above systems.


This auditing team carefully and meticulously audit all relative aspects such as documents suitability of each department, standardization, environmental factors and hazard identification and control of the effectiveness of the relevant laws and regulations etc. After three days audit and inspection BOYA "three systems" passed audit smoothly.


BOYA Company pays high attention to the auditing work, relevant department leaders participate in the whole process to ensure the smooth progress of the auditing.  The management put forward three requirements to each department and team:

First, BOYA people shall fully realize that the three system certification work is the lifeline of company development, it's the standard to reflect company regularization management, it's the way of the enterprises to continue to improve;


Second, BOYA people shall deeply understand the problems raised by the audit expert group, identify our own risks and deficiencies in a targeted way, insist on problem-orientation to implement the rectification immediately.


Third, We should establish and improve various systems to manage people and act in accordance with the system, Effectively integrate the three system standards with the company's management system, Achieve the continuous improvement purpose of the system operation.
