BOYA rewinding line tension leveler main Structure characteristics : 

• Main stand: it is combined by front and rear housing with top and bottom separators, and has robust stiffness and accuracy to guarantee the axial parallelism of work rolls and deflector rolls after assembling the roll set and the operation function of auxiliary equipment. On the main stand is equipped with electric junction boxes, proximity switches, and cable routing troughs in order to guarantee the safety, reliability and aesthetic of signal switch cables.

• Roll set: the tension leveler consists of two groups roll bending cassette, bottom leveling roll cassette, top leveling roll cassette, and deflector roll. It serves to bend and level the strip and improve strip quality. The support plate of all backup rolls is shielded gas welded with roll cassette; the connection between the support plate and back-up roll is round curve contact, each round curve is ground once in order to ensure the accuracy of back-up roll assembly and increase service life and carry capacity of assembly surface of back-up roll.

• Roll change device: hydraulic cylinder / AC motor pushes (pulls) roll change car to roll cassette in or out of the main stand, can easily and quick change individual or all roll cassettes at the same time. 

• Hold down device: It is actuated by hydraulic cylinders to lower or lift the top support plate in order to move the top bending roll cassette up and down and make the roll cassette stop in the required position or realize quick open during the change strip.

• Lifting/lowering device: the gear motor drives the bottom roll bending cassette, bottom leveling roll cassette, and top leveling roll cassette to bend and level the strip via lifting/lowering device, adjust the biting amount between the top and bottom work rolls in order to suit for process requirement of different specification of the strip.
