2. Eliminate yield platform and improve the reprocessing performance of sheet. After the strip is annealed and galvanized, the yield platform will appear on the material strain curve. Under the influence of the yield platform, the finished sheet will have poor stamping forming performance and easy to produce wrinkles during the subsequent processing of customers, which will seriously affect the product quality. Therefore, the cold rolled annealed sheet must eliminate the material yield platform, but the excessive deformation will cause new processing hardening for the sheet, the plasticity of the material will decline, the yield stress will rise again, to maximum elimination of yield platform used by the elongation. The yield platform can also be eliminated by skin pass mill, but in the process, the strip surface will only be deformed. After the elimination of the yield platform, a faster aging recovery will occur, so the elimination is temporary. The tension leveller can make the whole section of the strip deformed, and the deformation is in the vertical direction, transverse and longitudinal three degrees, the strip is not easy to produce aging recovery.
3. Eliminate the anisotropic of sheet, cold rolled low carbon steel in deep drawing process, the yield limit of material in transverse and longitudinal often showed obvious anisotropy, make the punched part uneven thickness in two directions, has lace skirt shape defects and not easy for deep forming. Through the proper process of tension leveler machine, sheet yield limit anisotropy is obviously improved, The deep punching performance of sheet is improved effectively.
