Thin product production is characterized by material is thinner, much difficult to straighten and higher quality requirements. So use the traditional multi-roll or tension leveler not work with the sensitive thin strip.  Therefore, for the straightening of the extremely thin and high hard strips, the combination tension leveler can produce a higher flatness, and the strip shape is more stable, and the operation is simpler.  According to the layout requirements of the production line, the tension roller system can be integrated into the host equipment, which the combined type tension leveler mainly has two types:  Precision leveler equipment with tension leveler and bridle roll with tension leveler.
